Shipping & Returns

We strive to ship orders within 2-33 working days of receiving your order if in stock. Out of stock items can take up to 10-14 days for delivery. Generally we have all the boxes in stock!

We ship all the boxes by Parcel Force which guarantees delivery within 2 days of dispatch.

Please Note: Due to the size & weight of the dress boxes, we only ship to Mainland UK.

Returns
- Any unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- In case of any defect, you must notify us ASAP upon receiving the goods so that we may arrange a return authorization number.
- You are responsible for paying the cost of postage to return items back to us.
- Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.
